I am currently in my fifth year as the Assistant Principal at White Rock North School, where my leadership philosophy focuses on creating a supportive and enriching environment for preschool-aged children. My approach is deeply influenced by the theories of Erik Erikson and Jean Piaget, guiding me to foster trust, autonomy, cognitive exploration, social development, emotional resilience, and a profound respect for individual differences.

Before joining WRNS, I accumulated over 15 years of experience in both teaching and administrative roles across public and private schools. I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University-Central Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas. I am certified as an Early Childhood through 6th grade teacher and as an Early Childhood through 12th grade principal in Texas.

In my free time, I enjoy going on walks, gardening, and spending quality time with my husband and our daughter Mariah, who adores WRNS. I am excited for another fantastic year ahead with our incredible families, students, and staff!
